I am forced to live this animal-like life b'cos of my health condition which is resultant of disease, some delayed treatment & some wrong treatment. Below is my medical history.
I was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis Type-II in Sept/Oct 2008, B'cos of this disease I began to experience hearing loss, drunkard walking.
Due to fear from surgery & some financial reasons I kept on avoiding surgery & took Ayurvedic & later Homeopathic medicines. But no relief, condition was not badly worsening though. I was able to walk albeit some difficulty, was able to drive car (I did till Jan 2009-hired a driver then) hearing was getting weak.
Oct 2009 I decided to take medicine from other Homeopath, but condition especially walking worsened.
1st Homeopath refused giving medicine again as I had switched doctor.
Then a local Dr. prescribed me & my family seniors to try Dr. alternative medicine (From Dharamshala, H.P.)
I took those medicines for about 1.5 (One & Half) months but health was severally worsened after that. Vision also started becoming poorer.
Then an allopathic Dr. at a pvt. Hospital adviced, Rapid Arc Radiotherapy, took 4 sessions, then he adviced Shunt Surgery to save vision, He said that is a small surgery & you will be back on your feet in a week's time.
After that surgery, I was completely bed-ridden, even was not able to urinate naturally, urine-pipe was put in place.
Few days later, that local Dr. administered Injections & IV-Fluids based on a study paper on Toxin Therapy taking some ref. from internet, without consulting any specialized Doctor, not even reading that study paper fully, as that was for some other disease & malignant tumors, not benign formed in NF-II (disease I was diagnosed with), that study paper had all side-effects written (viz., Breathing problems, Fogginess in Vision etc.)
Within 2 days I felt breathlessness & was put on Ventilator support, I was not conscious for about a month.
Was operated in AIIMS, after around a month in July 2010 for left side surgical removal of the brain tumor BAN (Bilateral Accoustic Neuroma), Regained consciousness, was able to urinate without urine pipe.
Then In Nov 2010, was operated for right brain tumour BAN (Bilateral Accoustic Neuroma)
Lab. Report of AIIMS confirms tumors were benign in nature.
Residual tumor size, Left side: 0.9cms & Right:1.3cms
Post surgery MRI & OPD consultation at AIIMS confirmed no tumor re-occurrence
I have tried physiotherapy (in a pvt. neuro-rehab. Center) but I was not able to walk on own, even now I cannot.
Presently, have cysts/tumors in vivid body parts, some of which pains sometimes, though bearable.
Am not able to walk without support, with practice now I am able to walk on plain surface using a stick.
Cannot hear completely, loud music beats, banging of door, cracker busting I can hear.
Vision in left eye is almost nil (just around 5%)
Foggy vision in right eye.
Cannot smile/cry: Have facial paralysis.
I am exercising from sometime & trying to walk in park that has resulted in slight better body balance & appearance too, but still cant walk even with stick on uneven surface. Rest all problems too are as it is.
You can imagine, all these problems have forced me to this animal like living. I am an MBA had an outstanding job & career but this disease & now condition have played a spoiled sport. Humbly request you to pls. help me so that I can live man's life again. I need a medical opinion, as I am not aware what will be the treatment.B'cos of this medical condition, I've been forced to sit idle & out of industry for last 6+ years.

मेरा नाम विपिन कालरा है , उम्र - 39 साल, नयी दिल्ली में रहता हु ,
Medical History :
साल 2008 सितंबर में मुझे ब्रेन ट्यूमर (Neurofibromatosis Type-II) पता चला था (Neurofibromatosis-II, इस बीमारी से शरीर में कईं जगह गिल्टियाँ बन जाती हैं वंशानुगत बीमारी है ( किसी माता / पिता से बच्चे को होने की 50% सम्भावना )), पैसे की कमी और डर से ऑपरेशन नही करा पाया, होमईयोपतिक दवाई लेता रहा पर कुछ फर्क नही पड़ा,
साल 2009 अक्टूबर में दूसरे होमईयोपतिक डाक्टर के पास गया पर दिक्कत बड गयी,
पहले वाले ने दवाई देने से मना कर दिया (क्यूंकि दूसरे Dr. के पास गया था)
फिर 1 लोकल डाक्टर ने हिमाचल के डाक्टर की दवाई लेने को कहा,
उस दवाई से तो मेरी हालत और बिगड़ गयी,
लेफ्ट आंख से दिखाई देना कम होता गया (किसी ने ठीक से पूछा भी नही डाक्टर से वो कैंसर की दवाई थी – मुझे जो ट्यूमर थे वो कैंसर वाले नही थे),
तब एक प्राइवेट अस्पताल के डाक्टर ने ब्रेन में शंट डलवाने का ऑपरेशन करlने के लिये कहा, जिस से दिखाई देना बच सके,
उस ऑपरेशन (जो कि मई 2010 में हुआ था) में बिल्कुल ही बिस्तर पे लेटे (Bed Ridden) रहने लगा
यूरिन भी Urine- पाइप लगी थी (ऐसे नही आता था)
थोड़े दिन बाद ही उस लोकल डाक्टर ने बिना किसी बड़े डाक्टर से पूछे मुझे इन्टरनेट से देख के दवाई देना शुरु हो गया (इंजेक्षन और IV फ्लूइड),
3 दिन बाद ही मुझे सांस लेने में दिक्कत हुई और main coma mein chala gaya, मुझे सांस की मशीन (Ventilator) लगाईगयी (वोदवाई 1 experimental कैंसर की दवाई थी, जो दुनिया में सब जगह बंद हो चुकी थी, क्यूंकि बहुत साइड एफेक्ट थे (सांस लेने में दिक्कत, धुन्दला दिखा इत्यादि) ठीक से पड़ा भी नही..,
AIIMS में करीब 1 महीने बाद मेरा लेफ्ट ब्रेनसाइडट्यूमर का ऑपरेशन हुआ तो मुझे होश आया, और यूरिन भी आना शुरु हुआ बिना यूरिनपाइप के.
फिर 2 महीनेबाद (नवंबर 2010) राइट ब्रेनसाइडट्यूमर का ऑपरेशन हुआ ,
AIIMS Lab mein tumor test mein Non-cancerous paayegaye the.
Kuchmahine physiotherapy bhiki, par khud se nhi chal paya ab tak.
तब से अब तक हाल में कुछ बहुत ज़्यादा फर्क नही आया,
अब मेरे शरीर में कई जगह गिल्टियाँ सी हैं, उनमे में से कई बार दर्द होता है (कुछ देर ही-लगातार नही), बिना सहारे के चल नही सकता, स्टिक से चल लेता हूँ वो भी सपाट फर्श हो तो ही- सड़क पर चल नही सकता
सुन नही सकता,
लेफ्ट आंख से बहुत कम (करीब 5%) ही दिखाई देता है,
राइट आंख से धुन्दला दिखाई देता है
हस-रो (Laugh-Cry) और ठीक से बोल नही सकता (चेहरे का पेरlलिसिस Paralysis है),
कुछ टाइम से एक्सरसाइज (Exercise) कर रहा हु, और कुछ महीनो से चलने की कोशिश भी (पार्क में ) स्टिक (Stick) से थोड़ा चल लेता हु (सपाट फर्श (Even surface) पे ही ) शरीर का संतुलन और दिखावट (aooearance) भी पहले से बेहतर है, पर अब तक खुद से चल नहीं पाया , और भी जो दिक्कतें हैं, सब वैसी ही हैं
मुझे दिक्कतें बहुत हैं, कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें
